Thames Velo is a Cycling Club based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England, where members take part in Road Racing, Time Trials, Track Racing, Cyclosportives and Audax. We also have a club run, every Sunday, all year round.

May 6th - Gary gets his 2nd Cat at Eelmore, getting the 4 points he needed from a fine 6th place. Congrats from the club, Gary - all the hard work has paid off.
April 30th - Harry continues to fly this time at Portsmouth in a round of the mid week crits, lapping the field in a group of 7. 2 got away late, but Harry limited his losses with a 3rd place. The next day was a handicap race at Kitsmead Lane, where Harry got 5th from a group of E/1's, his natural habitat soon :-)
April 25th - More placings for the team, this time at Dunsfold in a Surrey League promotion. Gary gets 5th in the bunch finish of the 3rd cat race Harry gets 4th from a 7 man break in the much depleted E/1/2 event.
April 22nd - Gary Bullock continues to place well, getting 7th at the first Eelmore crit. At Portsmouth, Harry Bulstrode gets 4th in a bunch finish.
April 18th - Gary Bullock gets a win at Hillingdon Westerley crits at the weekend, leading out the bunch sprint with nobody able to come past him.
In the other race Harry rode strongly to be one of a 4 man break that lapped the field finally placing 3rd. In the same event Mike gets the jump on the bunch ahead of the gallop coming in solo for 7th after clipping off with 2 laps to go to round off a great day's racing for the club.
February 15th - Results aplenty at Portsmouth for the team with a fine 2nd place from Gary' The Rocket' Bullock in the 3rd cat race. Harry Bulstrode laps the field with a high class break in the E/1/2 and gets 7th.
January 17th - A win for the Velo!!!!! Andy Fowkes plays it cool in the sprint in the 3rd cat event at Hillingdon at the weekend coming out of the best of the bunch. More here courtesy of Lucy Collins' report.
January 3rd - Harry kicks off 2009 with another 4th place from a break in the Imperial Winter Series. More on the results page.
